This winter, Vondels Chefsbar opens on Croeselaan in Utrecht. A vibrant new spot where the open kitchen and lively bar together form the beating heart. Hospitable, culinary and quirky: a meeting place for the city and the neighborhood.

About the position

As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own partie and ensure that each dish leaves the kitchen as it was intended – with taste, precision and pride. You will work independently, but also work closely with the team. You enjoy level cooking, are eager to learn and take initiative where necessary.

You are someone who:

• Has experience in a professional kitchen
• Can work independently and maintain an overview during service
• Always puts quality and taste first
• Likes to contribute ideas about new dishes and improvements
• Brings positive energy to the team

As dishwasher, you are an indispensable link in our team. You ensure that the kitchen can run smoothly and everything is spick and span – from crockery and glassware to kitchen utensils. With your commitment you keep the pace up, work neatly and help to create a good atmosphere in the kitchen.

You are someone who:

• Works hard and likes to roll up their sleeves
• Works neatly and in a structured manner
• Can work well together in a busy kitchen
• Is reliable and ensures that everything runs smoothly
• Enjoys being part of an energetic and ambitious team
• Is available at least 2 days a week
