Our chefs bar features owners Tom Appeldoorn and Dijko Janssen, along with the Vondels team. Tom worked as a sommelier at Hemel & Aarde and Karel V in Utrecht. Dijko was sous chef at Huis ter Duin and Ron Gastrobar.

Together, with Vondels Chefs Bar, they are creating a place for fine dining in Utrecht. Where quality is taken for granted and the atmosphere relaxed.
