We are a young team under construction, working every day to establish a strong signature of our own. The open kitchen and lively bar are the beating heart of the place: welcoming, culinary and quirky &#8211; a place for the city and the neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be an important lynchpin in the kitchen. You will support the chefs, monitor quality and ensure that service runs smoothly. At the same time, we are looking for someone with the knowledge, confidence and abilities &#8211; in the absence of the chefs &#8211; to independently run the kitchen during evenings.<br\/><br\/>So not only are you given responsibility, you must be willing to take it.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You are someone who:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has experience in a professional kitchen (preferably as Chef de Partie or similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work independently and is strong in organization and overview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to run a service independently when needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality, taste and consistency always paramount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Takes initiative and enjoys thinking about map development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bringing energy and contributing to a growing team<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 4-day work week &#8211; because balance counts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A competitive salary commensurate with experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The opportunity to help build a young and ambitious team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lots of room for growth, development and creativity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A work environment where collaboration and fun are key<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Does this seem like your next step?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send us a message or contact us directly.
